In the event that the guardian/custodian of a dangerous dog or other animal who has been ordered to comply with any or all of the conditions contained in Section 10.37.050.B. fails or refuses to do so, the Director shall schedule and conduct a hearing on the sole question of whether the conditions have been violated.
