| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - When it gets too much to contain I make some excuse that I need to go for a run or a long, long walk....which helps immensely, and is a healthy way to get rid of all of it! :-)There was a time formerly when I would stew and I would get angry at my kids for no good reason, eat a lot, keep old newspapers for the express purpose of tearing them to bits when it got to be too much to handle.
