| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - as for pvp. if you do not want to pay anything, you can pvp as a monster (orc etc). if you want to pay then you can pvp as an elf, human,dwarf etc. i think the pvp world and most of the grinding world is not instanced. i think some quests are instanced but not all.
