| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I think the situation is a little different if the complaint presents a mixed question of fact and law as the only question to resolve -- the application of the law to the facts at hand, as opposed to a purely factual development question of what happened. (Perhaps that is what this same-sex marriage case is doing).
