| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - in CERTAIN areas world wide including the USA,there are a handful of cases every year.this guy's story is bizarre as he claims a cat was choking on a mouse,so he went to help out the cat...and the cat bites him--so how the hell does a choking cat BITE ?never mind he shot the cat etc.supposedly his house is in bad shape and has mice.the disease is carried by infected fleas and spread by rodents.
