| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - In the config I do believe there is an option to disable permissions; but if it is a server for just friends simply /op them or if you are running an actual server then I strongly recommend you use a permissions plugin such as PermissionsBukkit (Avoid PEX if you can as it has a bad history)
