| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The "right" way to do this would be to add a spelling filter that would send a client redirect if the request matches except for case, then imports will work without extra effort, and bookmarks will be correct. One more reason to use a pluggable decoder mechanism. I will put this on my catalina todo list.
