| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Lard in this country is mostly thought of as a waste product of the pork industry, this should not be so..lard is a beautiful, versatile fat, we enjoy it in pie crust and other baked goods.. can you say flaky crust??? But I also love what lard does to a bar of soap.
