| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Each bank licensed as an agent under this Act shall file under oath with its application for license renewal a list of the name and address of each individual who will be acting as an agent on behalf of the bank and of each officer and director of the bank, as defined by Article 21.02 of the Insurance Code, and other biographical information as required by the department.
