| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - We ran into the same issue in Cohasset and we were open to Scituate, but Scituate is even less wooded areas than Hingham and Cohasset (though at least in Scituate you can afford a nice oceanfront home or less than seven figures, though the commute is a killer).
