| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - that would matter if unlocking the phone was an issue. my problem was an unstable baseband after upgrading. if ur on windows u can use expert mode in snowbreeze to download ultrasnow and put it in the ipsw. i posted what worked for me hence my comment try at your own risk i figure any advice would help.
