| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Hi Ericthis is just a quick thought, could this saying be more about the state of Yue as a socially and technically backward state.Here in Australia we joke about other states being behind when Daylight savings kicks in, for example, Queensland is an hour behind on the clock, but it is 10 years behind in everything else.probably not what the saying is about, but thought I would throw it out there.
