| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Having worked in QA in pharmaceuticals, I think it a lot more likely that the FDA will regulate e-cigarettes as medical devices rather than as tobacco products mostly because they contain no tobacco and are purposefully designed to deliver a drug, namely nicotine.
