| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have some information gathered by some Stigall's in Central Kentucky that shows a Moses Stegall born in the 1790's in NC and die in 1836/37 in TN.It shows his wife was an Elizabeth, but does not show any children.This might be the parents of the William Stegall born in Tennessee in 1818.At least the time seems to fit.Moses's father was a William Stegall (b 1770 in NC d >1850 in IL possibly Fayet
