| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - eugenics is a good idea, but certainly not any sort of forced eugenics (small government, remember?). there might need to be some regulations, though ??? like putting limitations on how much parents can select for ???good leadership??? genes. again, don???t want too many psychopaths in society.
