| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Hmmm.There was a time not so long ago, figures showed that only around 10% of our police were on the streets at any one time, now they are over deploying in some cases.Surely it should not be beyond the collective geniuses running our police forces to deploy the correct number of officers in any given situation and/or organise food & toilet breaks for those on long shifts.
