  • I have been sticking to foods that are preportioned, such as instant high fiber oatmeal, fruit, lean cuisines, canned or frozen veggies, canned soups that are low sodium, 100 calorie bags of popcorn, there are endless possibilities, but I do try to watch the sodium content as much as possible!
