| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - What I???m saying is that the three youth need to have some sort of recognition ceremony ??? in their home, the foyer of the church, in the parking lot before the Troop meeting or other event ??? to allow the BSA, through the local Council, to formally recognize those boys as Eagle Scouts.
