| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Kids of that age have very little concept of hygiene ??? at least in our case my wife is a nurse, so they got disinfected and dressings changed periodically, but I can???t begin to imagine what happens in families living in crowded and unsanitary conditions where there is no one with the skills to take care of these kids properly ??? I would bet the infection rate is quite high.
