| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - your new heads will give you a little more power but the intake and carb are the biggest restrictions, the buildup is oil use as you stated, the engine probably needs a ring job and with that much taper in the bores consider having it bored, did it smoke when you first fired it up when the other heads were on the truck? if yes it needed valve guides and seals before it did in the valves.
