| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2) Where the by-laws of the corporation so provide, a meeting of the board of directors may be held at any place within or outside Ontario, but, except where the corporation is a non-resident corporation or the articles or the by-laws otherwise provide, in any financial year of the corporation a majority of the meetings of the board of directors shall be held at a place within Canada.
