i used to just sort of flop my hip girdle over with my leg doing downward facing scorpion ...I am beginning to see that i gotta arch my back and flex my glutes and hams of the raised leg to get the proper stretch. --it is so fabulous how yoga is a massage; what with the pumping of muscles, the circulation, the getting those toxins out, and all...hehee ^^ Take your MEDS: Moderation.
