| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - i deliver for pizza hut and it is so true. i would say roughly 85 percent of the time if it is a black person it is no tip. i have noticed especially if you walk up and they are all smiles and thanking you for getting there really fast, that is definitely a no tip, they gave you praise and not money; and most of the complaints are from blacks trying to get something for free
