So, Muslims who were not very smart, and mostly Punjabis as far as I can gather, copied the Sikhs and a bunch of students came up with the name PAAK borrowed from Persian (Pharsi) or Urdu meaning PURE. It is also in that sense that I say Pakistan is an artificial construct that has to go because of its racist connotation.
