  • I think (and please feel free to chime in if you know more about this) that Yammer has some gaps in terms of records management from a regulatory/compliance standpoint, but there are no real technical barriers why enterprise social content can???t be managed in the same way that we managed email, documents and other content required for specific industry governance.
