  • My sense is that over time government agencies and others will strive to increase the amount of vitamin D we either ???create??? from sun exposure or take in vitamin supplements or in fortified foods such as milk and other dairy products. (I was surprised to learn that the amount of vitamin D we get from milk is minimal, and there is no vitamin D added or present in many other dairy products.
