  • I know of one philosophical paper on the subject of consent that argues that someone hasn't given voluntary, informed consent to sex if they have given explicit consent but the person had been hiding the fact that the two were close relatives, because giving consent to sex does not amount to giving consent to incest if you do not know the person is a close relative and the other person does.
