  • Cons Knowledge distribution is somewhat unbalanced.Members who work observably harder do not seem to be compensated for it.CGI Federal is quite laid back most of the time (I suppose that could be a pro reason for some).There is no such thing as on-the-job training.There is little opportunity for growth, unless of course you work there for 25 years.Compensation is probably a bit under average.
