  • Reply Mark Anderson 6 May 2014 at 4:04 pm I agree that deeds can be for instruments other than contracts *eg it could be for assignments), but my sense of the wording of that Order is that there is no separate category of deeds, but rather the instrument either is or isn???t turned into a deed by signature blocks etc.
