  • I know myself and my biggest problem is wanting to eat too much. so i will try to control my portions and have the discipline to stop before i???m full. i WOULD love something that could help me feel less full, just to make it a lil easier???i might try Hoodia or something, if only i could find a hoodia that is ReAL and works (slimquick hoodia, not so good).
