  • There is very little to suggest that girls are biologically disinclined to participate in math and science as a career.I would agree that the notion should not be rejected out of hand, but there is also a pretty strong body of evidence that indicates that, as far as math and science learning is concerned, there is not a lot of difference inherent to the genders - it is not really a boys only or girls
