  • We do not do the breakfast and lunches per the kickstart - as I said, we do leftovers for most lunches and breakfast is usually the same thing every day (easier not having to think in the morning! ) BTW oatmeal can be made in many rice cookers (if you have got one), or a big pot can be made once and then portioned out and reheated over the course of several days.
