  • I can understand peoples' frustrations though.As nutty as today's process has been, it is still FAR FAR better than it was in 2011, IMO. If I remember correctly, there was a problem with the entire queue seizing up and crashing, and those of us who were able to purchase tickets in under 4 hours were very, very lucky.
