  • dont use the scrub, unless the bead things are really tiny. using thick scrubs is like rubbing pebbles on sore pimply skin (sounds really painful lol). if BP didnt work so well for you try AHA or salycilic acid, i use the neutrogena dual action stuff on my shoulders and it works great, but most of my acne is on my face so i dont know as much about body acne as some other people might
