  • I sometimes find that my arms particularly my left arm feels weak, tingly numb and heavy, so my question is are heavy/numb arms a symptom of anxiety or is this something that needs to be adressed? :\ Also if your not feeling anxious/depressed is it still possible to suffer anxiety symptoms? i,e, nausea, dizzyness etc
