  • Sandy Knox says: November 26, 2012 at 3:48 am Nathan???..inside this link and story is a link to the 59 page Consent Decree that was signed by the RNC and the DNC back in 1981 and every year it has been renewed???.It is legal and binding and I read the 59 pages???..my conclusion is the RNC will not put up the ???hard money??? to fight this, so it continues to be binding???..
