  • edit to add: Also, are not fans themselves likely to be constructed of non-flame propagating plastic, ie, once the source of ignition is removed the materials are self extinguishing, which suggests where a fan is said to catch fire it is more likely that there is a secondary substance which could result in ongoing flame propagation? -------------------------
