  • As I was learning more about Catholicism, I was so relieved, because not only did the church allow for scientific thinking (like the examples cited above), but so much of her teachings weren???t just based on ???bible only.??? Creationism, for example, was a huge issue for me at my evangelical church in college, because I was studying evolutionary biology.
