  • While it is true that the time for an individual molecule of CO2 to enter and leave the atmosphere is on the order of 3 ??? 4 years (anti-science people stop reading right there), this completely ignores the fact that mankind is upsetting the balance by injecting much more CO2 into the atmosphere that can be removed by natural sinks, most notably the oceans.
