  • re comment 9, i did ask saltzman whether he anticipated any opposition, and in particular whether he thought his amendment might delay a final vote on the plan (which i guess it already has, once). he said he thought he had adams and i think leonard on board, was not sure about the others. also said since this was not an ordinance as such, the amendment would not delay a final vote. forgot to ask
