  • To get interesting shapes one would need to think a bit about the form of the Hamiltonian for the chains, and possibly introduce more than two types of ???amino acid???, but I think this should be fairly easy to achieve ??? the main idea is to set up competition between different types of interaction, forcing the chain to fold in interesting ways to minimize energy.
