  • thanks for you explanation,it totally cleared my doubt on displacement vectors, but i think i am again in confusion, i mean to produce a force of 7newtons (say) we have to do some work on the system which is at rest i.e. point sized particle in this case but we did a work with 7 newton and now we are getting the result with 5 newtons only how does this happen,
