  • dilution is not. now if projects are good to great, especially during the good times of markets, financing should of been done at a less dilution when the price of shares were up. now they are still getting a financing at the lows of markets, albeit at further dilution, without it, project will be more suspect going forward. now up to company to use funds well and bring the project forward. cheers
