  • Also, being tied to an existing ROW has led to a huge missed opportunity at the Nimbus stop: the lack of access to Washington Square. (A dedicated shuttle connecting the stop with the mall as well as nearby business parks could help tremendously, as could a pedestrian bridge spanning 217/Scholls Ferry between Cascade Place and the mall.) On the other hand, the stop at Tigard TC is a huge plus.
