  • Anyway, if Berger were to run I am sure his son Phil Berger, Jr. who is the District Attorney for Republican Rockingham County would run to succeed him in the state senate, but unfortunately at R+4 to R+5 (compared to the state) these are the sort of districts we would need to win if we want to take the state senate and I do not see that happening.
