  • It probably would be helpful to have some broad parameters, and certainly I know the Royal College of Nursing have set some, but to manage it on a daytoday, weektoweek or monthtomonth basis, it needs much more of the local knowledge and understanding of the sort of patients that are being cared for and the context in which they are being cared for.
