  • s guidelines about all fruits, vegetables, grains etc in my diet..... this means i dont have lot many beneficial items in my list but am eating most things which are neutral for me... so far its working fine for me, but any suggestions would be welcome, especially since non-veg is not an option for me at all.....thanks in advance......
