  • It is actually in the best interest of a dumbphone to be dumb and not have such things as preemtive multitasking, apis, etc as they all takes cpu cycles - battery power. 2016 is a long time away and I am pretty sure Nokia has the experience and dev staff to clobber together a dumbphone and its software in 2 years.
