  • I have experimented with this method, but find the camera histogram sufficiently reliable for my purposes, especially after running some tests to correlate the appearance of the histogram to the contents of the raw file?I presume a similar procedure would apply to cases where you wish to preserve shadow tones, but you would use a different offset.What do you use most in your day to day work?Bill
