  • Pam April 20, 2013 6:18AM I followed your recipe and made this bread tonight, cooked it 45 minutes at about 392F, tried it and the crust was like rubber and most of the bread not done, mainly the bottom, so cooked it another 10 minutes, then another 15 minutes, and finally turned the heat down to 250 and put it on the bottom rack to get the doughy bottom done.
